Payment options and billing

We currently accept American Express, Visa, & MasterCard. In an effort to avoid credit card fraud, we will ship to a different address as long as the bill to address can be confirmed. We use the Address Verification Service (AVS) by Visa and MasterCard. If a billing address cannot be confirmed we will not ship the garments out. Note, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping options

Our primary goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. If an out-of-stock circumstance does occur, you will be notified via e-mail of the estimated shipping date. you can cancel your order or choose a different product at that time. Domestic shipping only. We offer 2 methods of shipping, FedEx 1 -3 days or UPS ground 2 -5 days. Orders received by 3:00 pm EST (12:00 PST) Monday - Friday will be processed the same day, once billing and credit card information has been authorized and confirmed. All orders received after 4:00 pm EST (1:00 PST) Monday - Friday will be processed the following business day.

Returns

No questions asked policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Andrew Marc purchase, you may return it with in 14 days of receiving the merchandise. Items that were purchased from the Andrew Marc web site can only be returned or exchanged from the web division. All refunds will be credited to the credit card used during the original purchase. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. All sales are final, no refunds or credits will be issued beyond the 14 day return policy. All refunds exclude shipping and handling charges. Any item that you wish to return to the online store, must receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Packages without an RA number will not be accepted.

Please follow these steps: Call the web site division directly at 201.392.9000 to receive an RA number and further shipping instructions. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer a charge credit (to the card originally used), or an exchange.

Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible) and include the original receipt. Packages must be returned prepaid-we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. The RA# must appear on the outside of the package in order to expedite the return process.
