RETURN POLICY

- Sale Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery date

- Final Sale Items may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstance

- Returns are accepted only on merchandise that has not been worn, altered, or washed, with all tags still attached

- Items purchased online can only be returned to the web division

- Shipping charges are not refundable

- Any item you wish to return to the online store must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. Packages without an RA number will not be accepted. Please see instructions below for obtaining an RA number.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1) Please contact the website division at 888-424-MARC or log on to your AndrewMarc.com account to request an RA#. Have your PO# available, number of items being returned, and the reason for your return.

2) Once requested, you will receive an RA# via e-mail within 24 hours. Please allow extra time for requests submitted online, over the weekend, or during non-business hours.

3) Print and affix the RA paperwork to the outside of the box and bring to a FedEx, UPS, or USPS location. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping.

4) Once the return is received, you will be refunded for the merchandise (less shipping costs if applicable). All refunds will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase and will appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item you do not wish to keep following the instructions listed above, and place a new order on AndrewMarc.com.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. In an effort to avoid fraudulent activity, we will ship to a different address as long as the billing address can be confirmed. We use the Address Verification Service (AVS) by Visa and MasterCard. If a billing address cannot be confirmed, we will not ship the garments out. Please note that we require a signature for all packages to prevent fraudulent activity.

USING A PROMOTION CODE

Please enter your promotional code in the space provided on the lower right-hand corner of the Shopping Cart page. Hit the "Apply" button, and the value of the promotion will be applied to your order as a discount. Please note that unfortunately at this time, promotional codes do NOT apply to international orders.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to the states of New York and New Jersey. Tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order. Shipments to any other state will not include tax.

CHECK ORDER STATUS

In order to check the status of an order online, you must already have an account with us at AndrewMarc.com. Once you log-in to your account via the "Log In" page, you can view order details, see your order status, and track your order.

ORDER PROCESS TIME & DELIVERY

Please allow 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) to process your order. Orders placed after 12:00 Eastern Time will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please note that we are not open on National Holidays. Once processed, please allow 5-7 days for FedEx Ground delivery to arrive. Please note that we require a signature for all packages to prevent fraudulent activity.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

We will gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 30 days of the retail purchase or actual order ship date if the item is accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are not eligible for price adjustments.
