If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Andrew Marc purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise that has not been worn, altered or washed and has all the tags still attached. Items that have been purchased from the website can only be returned or exchanged to the web division and shipping costs are not refundable. All refunds will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchased and will appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles (less shipping costs if applicable). Any item you wish to return to the online store must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. Packages without a RA number will not be accepted. Please call the website division directly at 888-424-MARC to receive an RA number and further shipping instructions.
