RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Andrew Marc purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise that has not been worn, altered or washed and has all the tags still attached. Items that have been purchased from the website can only be returned or exchanged to the web division and are subject to shipping costs. All refunds will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchased and will appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles. Any item you wish to return to the online store must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. Packages without a RA number will not be accepted. Please call the website division directly at 888-424-MARC to receive an RA number and further shipping instructions.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept American Express, Visa & MasterCard. In an effort to avoid credit card fraud, we will ship to a different address as long as the bill to address can be confirmed.  We use the Address Verification Service (AVS) by Visa and MasterCard. If a billing address cannot be confirmed, we will not ship the garments out. 
ORDER PROCESS TIME & DELIVERY
Please allow 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) to process your order. Once processed, please allow 5-7 days for FedEx Ground delivery to arrive. Please note that we require a signature for all packages to prevent fradulent activity.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
We will gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within ten days of the retail purchase or actual order ship date if the item is accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are not eligible for price adjustments.

ANDREW MARC does not collect any navigational information from customers.
