Cancellations

We are unable to make changes to or cancel an order once it has been submitted.

International shopping for andrew marc products is offered through fedex, a global e-commerce provider. This service allows us to show all our prices in your local currency and displays your final total during checkout. Fedex also lets us take advantage of a fast, reliable shipping network. When you place an international order, your transaction will be with fedex. Should you need assistance with your order, andrew marc will be happy to assist.

Confirm or change your country by clicking the country flag at the top of any page. Start shopping! When you place an international order, your transaction will be processed by fedex. You'll see an order total, including all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes.

Free shipping promotions do not apply to international orders.

If you don't see your country listed, fedex doesn't currently ship to that destination.

If you are shipping to the u.s. Or an apo/fpo address, simply proceed through the regular checkout process.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided in your shipment confirmation email. To check the status of an international order, you may contact us here or look up the tracking number at fedex.com.

Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. Foreign exchange rates are determined by fedex and are based on interbank rates of exchange. These rates correspond with the average aggregate exchange rates that would otherwise be applied in an e-commerce transaction. Exchange rates for andrewmarc.Com are updated by fedex every day.

International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (vat) will be calculated into your final order total during checkout. They are based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system used by the countries that fedex supports.

International customers may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address. Fedex can't ship single international orders to multiple addresses at this time.

Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

We accept international returns if your request is within 60 days of receipt of delivery. Andrew marc does not reimburse any duties or local taxes.

We do not accept international exchanges. If you need to exchange an item you will need to request a return, ship the item back at your expense, and purchase the replacement item as a new order on andrewmarc.Com. Note: applicable vat tax or other duties and fees as well as shipping will be charged on the replacement item.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 7-business days of receipt of your order with images of the item. Note: a replacement cannot be shipped if we are not contacted within the 7-business day window. Andrew marc is not liable for lost returned packages. Please retain a copy of your return tracking numbers to insure receipt of your delivery.

International orders are not eligible for free shipping or free returns.
